We believe that work is what you do, not where you go. In 2020 Satisfi became a 100% distributed team. You can work from any location as long as you cover the core company hours. We do have a few company meetups each year, but otherwise you can work from any location where you chose to live your life. To help ensure your success we also provide certain subsidies for your home office.
We strive to offer competitive compensation in our market for all positions. We also believe that everyone needs time off regularly to recharge, and it is our responsibility to ensure you get it. We have 12 mandatory company holidays throughout the year, and there is no fixed limit on vacation. Bottom line is we value the work you do and believe that people generally work better when they are not working constantly.
Although we have core work hours, we are not clock watchers. Just as location flexibility is important for a motivated team, so is the work schedule. Life doesn’t always land outside of a 9-5 schedule and we are committed to make space for you to live your life.
